Shipping Partners

We have partnered with trusted logistics providers Delhivery and Shiprocket to ensure smooth, door-to-door delivery of all domestic and international orders.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available with an additional service charge, clearly shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid Orders (India): Shipping is free for all prepaid & COD domestic orders above ₹ 1000.
  • COD Orders (India): An additional COD fee applies, which is displayed during checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders (India): Dispatched within 7 business days from order confirmation with an approximate delivery time of 3 business days after the dispatch.
  • International Orders: Dispatched within 7 business days and Delivery timelines, though may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes but it takes approximately 7 Business days for the product to be delivered once dispatched.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the respective courier’s tracking page.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Shipping times vary by country.
  • Additional import/customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • All international shipments are prepaid only.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfume oils/attars), we do not offer returns or exchanges once the seal is broken or the product is used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details.
