1. No Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of attars, we do not accept returns.

  • Once a bottle of attar is opened, it cannot be resold or reused, ensuring the highest quality for all customers.
  • We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and fragrance notes before purchasing.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement, provided the package has not yet been picked up from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If an order is canceled due to a product being out of stock, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
